Erico Portable Rail Grinder, Two-Cycle Gas-Powered, SBG145A, with starter fluid it starts and dies, the quick start fuel plunger is ripped. My guess carb needs to be cleaned and plunger replaced, the rest of it looks like new, used a few times.
